Police seek missing senior

The Port Moody Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing senior.

On August 23, 2026, just before 6 p.m., family of Woo ‘Sam' Park called police after they were unable to locate him. Park was last seen at his residence in the area of Parkside Drive around 3:30 p.m. the same date.

Park is described as a 78-year-old Asian male, standing just over 5 feet tall, slim build with short light grey hair. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black shirt as well as a navy hat.

Park has memory issues and only recently moved to the area. He is believed to be travelling on foot as he does not drive or take public transit. Anyone who spots him is asked to call local police immediately.
