Road closed due to serious collision

Port Moody Police are investigating a serious crash involving a motorcyclist and pedestrian which has resulted in a road closure. 

On July 10, 2026 just after 3:15 p.m., first responders were called to a report of a collision in the 3000 block of Murray Street, Port Moody. It was determined the collision involved a motorcyclist and a pedestrian. Both parties sustained serious injuries and have since been transported to hospital. 

"The road remains closed in both directions as the scene is processed," states Constable Sam Zacharias, "Any witnesses we have yet to speak with are asked to contact us."
